I know chinese do sell ebay accounts with high feedback and maybe they can recoup any losses when they sell the accountīut i seen many sellers like this that continue to run their business for years I have seen chinese sellers that sell every item under value, How can sellers sell an item in UK with free postage and then the total cost comes to less than the price of postage and ebay feesĬhinese sellers selling many many low value items for 0.01 or 0.99 dont forget paypal charges £0.20($0.30) per transaction, You need to charge over £6 so you can cover ebay and paypal fees and postage In the UK if you have an item that has cost value of £1 and you want to make a profit of £1 What your all also not mentioning is ebay and paypal fees I have seen this with both UK sellers and also Chinese sellers,
I think a few of you are starting to miss the point,įorget buying feedback, forget laundering,forget loss leadersĪnd forget sellers having impossible discount rates from any postal services, Its just small time seller they come after if we list same item on two different accounts. I'm sure ebay must be aware of this practice, but choose to ignore due to the volume of sales these big seller do. This is so that ebay see them as different ip addresses. I have seen myself 10 people working in an office on laptops using mobile internet dongles. In this way they have 10-15 accounts selling the same items. (listings / postings ) You just get your share of the profit every month. All you have to do is give them your ebay/payal account details. In case you wonder, these people pay you ( for using your ebay accounts ). And also royal mail give them special discounts because of the quantities they send.
I know I would never believe but seeing with my own eyes. Buts its the volume these guys sell (500 to 1000) a day.
I used to have exactly the same question, and never got a proper answer until I saw one such seller with my own eyes.
